We need to expand our team of inspectors who are currently based in the Barnet area. We have a permanent post available for an enthusiastic individual who can work well within a busy and friendly environment as a Property Inspector. As an Inspector, you will be responsible for arranging and conducting visits with residents and landlords in the Barnet area to undertake inspections to ensure that they are in the correct council tax banding. Initially you will work alongside an experienced inspector to gain insights and training for the role but once ready you will proactively manage your own portfolio of clients arranging the visits, carrying out the inspections and sending the documentation to the team in the office. This role is field based with travel across the Barnet area so we are looking for someone who is able to drive and has access to their own transport. You will be able to arrange your own schedule conducting visits to properties and then working from home to complete the administrative tasks needed.
