Pablo is responsible for setting financial strategy and policy, and for implementing a framework of business controls to support Capita’s transformation and sustainable growth. He is also responsible for the internal audit and commercial functions.

Richard leads the division which is a strategic partner to government in the application of digital transformation to improve the productivity of operations and to help deliver essential services to millions of customers.

Corinne leads the division which delivers multi-channel customer experience services across the UK and internationally for many leading brands in sectors ranging from telecommunications and utilities, to financial services and technology innovation.
Scott Hill
Chief People Officer
Scott is responsible for delivery of the company’s HR and people strategy, supporting and advising the organisation to evolve Capita’s culture and ways of working for all its employees.
Claire Denton
Chief General Counsel and Company Secretary
Claire is responsible for supporting the effectiveness of the Board of Directors and providing advice on alignment between strategy, governance and legislation and regulation. In particular, her role focuses on risk exposure, liability, compliance and governance.

Manpreet leads Capita’s Technology and Software Solutions shared service, which is responsible for delivering innovation and digital transformation for Capita’s businesses and clients.

Nicole is responsible for Capita’s reputation and to drive and support the company’s strategy through effective communications for all stakeholders. Her role focuses specifically on internal and external communications, public relations and public affairs.

Xenia is responsible for driving the corporate strategy for Capita which includes where we invest, where we prioritise growth and having the right strategies to ensure our services best meet clients' current and future needs. In addition, Xenia provides leadership and oversight for the portfolio of business change activity required to deliver our strategic business objectives.
