In collaboration with these best-in-class technology leaders we’ve designed and successfully launched several AI solutions across the public and private sectors that are already unlocking productivity, transforming the customer and citizen experience, and driving efficiency in delivery to reduce costs for our clients and for Capita.
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
With the focus on cloud and security transformation, we’ve been leveraging AWS's work with UK government on modernising legacy debt technology. As an AWS Gold Standard partner, our AI initiatives include CapitaContact, an integrated platform for contact centres to increase productivity, and AgentSuite, which uses Gen AI to streamline and enrich client, customer and agent experience.

We hold three of the seven Microsoft Partners Designations and we’re working towards achieving more.
