Capita Academy
Capita Academy is an online hub for colleagues to access all learning and development content. It contains everything you need to know when you join our business, mandatory, additional and external training courses, the Bookboon eLibrary, access to our development programmes, mentoring and much more.
My Compass
My Compass includes a Development Needs Analysis (DNA) tool which allows you to assess your current knowledge/skills level against your aspirational knowledge/skills level. It then offers suggested learning to support your in-role development.
Manager Passport
We’ve created our Manager Passport programme with three levels of action learning to help you gain the skills, behaviours and competencies to be a high performing manager. The Foundation level course is available now, with Intermediate and Advanced levels coming in 2023.
Apprenticeships
We offer a range of professional development programmes through apprenticeships, so that you have a clear way to apply all your learning to your job. You could gain technical and specialist skills, and knowledge in areas like digital technology, sales, analytics or customer experience. Discover more about our apprenticeships
RISE development programme
RISE (Reduce Inequality Strive for Equality) is a development programme designed to help underrepresented groups to drive their careers forward into leadership positions. It involves action learning to build confidence and trust in your leadership skills and capabilities.
Bookboon eLibrary
Our eLibrary is filled with a range of content to help you learn, including e-books, audio learning, on-demand modules, online virtual classroom sessions and more. You’ll find a variety of topics to help you both in your career and personally.
