Capita Real Estate and Infrastructure, one of the UK’s leading real estate and infrastructure advisers and part of Capita, has announced the appointment of Dave Spencer as managing director. Dave will take on the role from June 2017.
Dave, who initially joined Capita in 2001, was on the executive board of Capita Property and Infrastructure from 2007 until 2014. He rejoins Capita from Amey where he is currently managing director of its consulting business.
Dave succeeds Geoff Kneen, who will be leaving Capita to become a shareholder in a small private equity backed business.
