Commercial
Our commercial team collaborates with colleagues across Capita to secure new business and support with shaping deals and client relationships. We’re a growing team of commercial professionals with a broad range of backgrounds. You’ll help us to balance risk with reward and deliver on our long-term goals.
Finance & accounting
Our talented finance professionals manage the cash flow for both our organisation and our clients. We work closely with clients to manage contracts and specialise in purchase to pay, credit collection, tax, treasury, pensions, budgeting, forecasting and reporting, offering a broad scope of work and specialisms.
Growth
Our growth team manages our key accounts and is developing our strategy for investing in client value propositions. We’re currently standardising sales processes, training, technology and knowledge sharing. We’re multi-lingual, multi-functional and multi-talented, empowering sales colleagues to grow our business.
Legal
The knowledge and expertise of our legal team ensures we can be a productive and successful business. We work closely with the Board and our divisions to provide legal and regulatory advice and assistance. We’re also building a framework for managing legal risk so we can continue to adapt to changing technologies and ways of working.
People & HR
