Job description:
Capita Ireland are recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join our team, working on a hybrid basis from your home and also our offices in Little Island.
As part of the hybrid model, post training you will work 2 days in office and the remainder of you shift day's from home.
You’ll join a small, friendly and dedicated team to support our clients customers with general enquiries and ensure a positive impression and proactive service is provided at all times.
On Day 1 you will complete induction and set up systems at our office in Little Island.
During training, you will work 2 days per week in the office and the remainder of your scheduled training time at home, therefore it is key that you are able to commute easily to our office.
You'll work across Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8am to 8pm (M-F) & 9am to 5.30pm Saturday, 37.5 hours per week.
