This role involves working at two prominent local council offices: the Public Service Plaza in Havant and the Visitor Information Centre in Hayling Island. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will engage directly with the public, addressing a wide range of queries about council services. Your goal will be to provide accurate information promptly, ensuring an exceptional customer experience every time.
This position is perfect for individuals with a background in face-to-face customer service, though we welcome applicants from all customer service backgrounds.
