As a Trainer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing training programs to ensure the professional growth of our employees. We are seeking an effective communicator who will join our dynamic team and deliver impactful training sessions as well as actively engage learners.

Job Description

What you'll be doing:

  • Implementation and recording of coaching sessions 

  • Implementation of basic training 

  • Supervision of the coaching group 

  • Updating and  supplementing analog and digital training materials  

  • Coordination of all training-related points with the relevant stakeholders 

  • Pre- and post-processing of training courses 

  • Following the standards and specifications of the supervisor  

  • Continuous, independent updating of specialist knowledge 

Skills you need to succeed:

  • Experience in the field of training 

  • German or French C1 is a must  

  • English B2-C1 

  • Strong ability and willingness to learn 

  • Knack for sales  

  • Basic project management skills  

  • Leadership experience or subject matter expert is an advantage 

  • Availability for travel 4 weeks training in Switzerland
