Review and evaluate technical design and technical quality issues and processes.
Develop highly functional qualitative modifications and system changes..
Deep knowledge on products and/or services.
Subject matter expert
Service awareness of all the organisations business areas, drivers, structures and priorities including SLA and KPI’s performance.
