The key objective of the role is to review, verify transactions, payments, queries, and maintain databases, review of relevant statutory deductions and reconciliations. Manage process related transactions and contribute towards improving accuracy and efficiency
Job Description
Manage process related queries;
Escalate and resolve process related issues to the onshore team in a timely manner
Analyse and measure the cases processed and report ways to improve accuracy;
Identify any change in the process, conduct impact assessment and document the information;
Identify gaps in the process and implement improvements plans;
Liaise with trainers for transition and prepare process manuals;
Ensure the achievement and maintenance of competence as required by the company’s training and competence (T&C) scheme;
