As a Senior Software developer, they need no supervision and given their good technical competencies they can pick up a work, analyze and complete it on their own.
Job Description
Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Lead:
• 5 years’ experience developing enterprise level Salesforce programmes
• In-depth technical experience and knowledge of Marketing Cloud and/or Pardot
• Writing Low Level Designs and documentation;
• Writing High Level Designs
• Hands on development;
• Problem solver;
• Good communication skills (verbal & written);
• Clear decision-making skills;
• Ability to manage the work of other developers
