The Senior Test Manager is responsible for the delivery of testing activity in various teams. They define test strategies, work with project managers to plan and prioritise test activities, secure budget, develop test plans, manage resources and provide the required governance and reporting for a set of projects. They will be contributors to the test strategy in their area of specialisation / expertise.
Job Description
Release and Test Manager
• Working with Business Analysts and Customers to understand the functionality so testing can be conducted
• Oversee and create test strategies across the different environments
• Oversee and create testing scripts
• Oversee and create testing plans
• Acting as the subject matter expert (SME) and mentoring of other members of the Testing team
• Creating, building and maintaining deployment pipelines for Salesforce.
Skills:
• An understanding of test automation tools and strategies
• An understanding of Salesforce development and environment strategy
• Extensive experience as a test manager
• An understanding of Azure DevOps
• Extensive experience as a release manager
