We currently have an exciting 1 year contract within Capita’s Entrust business for a Programme Administrator to join our friendly and knowledgeable team. On this exciting new contract you will provide comprehensive support for the Partnerships Manager and the wider projects team, from designing training materials to editing webinars and supporting the wider project team
We are looking for someone with extensive administrative experience, developing relationships with key stakeholders and the ability to manage their workload effectively.
The role is working on an exciting project for Capita driving awareness of changes within the education sector, the person in this role will play a critical role in the success of this team

Job Description
What you’ll be doing:
To support with the delivery and editing of webinars and workshops which aim to help embed flexible working policies and practices.
To support the project team with the formatting of webinars, case studies and thought leadership content.
To develop and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external teams/partners.
To support in the development of resources and materials for the website (see www.flexibleworkingineducation.co.uk).
To lead on timely and accurate responses to the online flexible working in education inbox, triaging requests for support from non-participant schools/individuals to the most appropriate FWAMS.
To support with the collation, and reporting of webinar feedback and evaluation survey responses.
To arrange and support in meetings with the Flexible Working Ambassador Schools (FWAMS), the client, project team and relevant partners, supporting with agendas and follow up notes.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in providing administrative support in a busy environment.
Experience in managing relationships with partners and suppliers.
Experience in developing and implementing QA processes for training and events.
Experience of public sector contracts and/or education is desirable but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships quickly.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules and resources effectively.
Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for delivering training including Microsoft programmes and particularly excel, ability to quickly familiarise self with unfamiliar software.
Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in training materials, resources, records and reports.
