Job Description

What you'll be doing:

  • deputise for the Contract Manager, ensuring our high standards never slip.
  • develop and manage a maintenance schedule that’s both efficient and compliant, keeping safety at the forefront.
  • aid in the rollout of a Lifecycle program that meets all contract and safety requirements.
  • perform internal audits to uphold our M&E standards, meeting all specifications within set timelines.
  • manage all M&E maintenance subcontractors, ensuring excellence and adherence to all regulations.
  • lead our engineering team with a focus on development, engagement, and performance management.

What we're looking for:

  • solid background in maintenance management and lifecycle program implementation as well as demonstrable experience of FM Services Delivery (at management level)
  • working knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • experience of Lifecycle/project processes and delivery, from inception through to completion
  • experience/knowledge of current Fire and Water Regulations
  • experience/knowledge of working to SFG20 standards
  • familiarity with health & safety, COSHH, and other relevant statutory regulations.
  • ideally you will be 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulation Qualified or have relevant mechanical qualifications.
