Capita Pensions Solutions are looking for Employer Support Advisors to join our team on a secondment basis until September 2025. This is mainly a contact centre-based position with elements of administration so if you’re a confident individual who is commercially savvy and enjoys engaging with clients over the phone, this role could be a great fit for you!

Location: Home based

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £22,542 per annum

Start date: 31st October 2024 (subject to change), end date 30th September 2025

Job Description

**Please note - if successful, you would (upon agreement with your current business area) move into the role on a secondment basis with the view to move back to your current position once the secondment ends. We recommend that you consult with your line manager in the first instance to determine the feasibility of undertaking a secondment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Handling a large volume of both inbound & outbound calls in relation to the project & onboarding tasks you will be working on.
  • Demonstrating strategic knowledge of the clients that require support – understanding their business objectives and providing appropriate solutions whilst displaying a genuine interest in their business.
  • Being responsible for supporting effective onboarding delivery and enable efficiencies and improvements.
  • Working closely with the Projects team to ensure supportive collaboration between teams.
  • Taking on varied admin tasks throughout the day to assist the team leaders and to meet KPI’s.
  • Training & aligning yourself with the team and other dependent business partners ensuring optimum project aligned tasks & Implementation processes are followed.
  • Updating CRM accurately & supporting with any MI requirements.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience within a customer service environment taking both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Strong customer focus & a great telephone manner.
  • Successful track record in building relationships with key stakeholders & clients.
  • Administration experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • A self-motivated and enthusiastic candidate with the ability to work towards tight deadlines and KPI’s, with minor or no supervision
  • Minimum GCSE grade C or equivalent in Maths & English
  • Experience in administration roles with the ability to develop and execute project related tasks.
  • Computer literate with experience using MS office products (e.g. word, excel etc)
