We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a seasoned telesales professional to join our Capita Public Services Growth team as a Business Development Executive (Transactional Sales). In this role, you will engage in outbound calls, reaching out to potential sales leads to introduce them to the comprehensive services provided by CPS. Your goal will be to spark their interest and facilitate further contact with our sales team.
This position is crucial to our business's future revenue, so we seek a candidate with proven sales experience, an exceptional telephone manner, and the ability to communicate professionally and resiliently with stakeholders at all levels.

Job Description
What you’ll be doing:
Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential clients to generate leads.
Qualify leads and identify decision-makers within targeted companies.
Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information.
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Provide feedback and insights to improve lead generation processes and strategies
What we’re looking for:
Extensive telesales/cold calling experience
Excellent telephone manner
The ability to speak to and engage with stakeholders at all levels
Great salesmanship skills
Ideally some knowledge of the portfolio of CPS services
