We are looking for Customer Service Advisor to join our team. This role is a mixture of office and home based, with office time required at Beacon House, Belfast.

What will you deliver?

  • Answering calls, handling webchats and logging webmail and letters from the BBC viewing public.
  • Develop into written skills, responding to Enquiries, Complaints and/or contacts about BBC iPlayer/BBC Sounds.
  • Adhere to BBC/Capita standards and guidelines.
  • Provide excellent customer service

Who are we?

We are a customer facing contract who work for our BBC client. Within our team, we are responsible for recording and responding to audience member feedback in a professional and courteous manner. There are many other aspects to the contract including Tech Support, web publishing, providing audiences for shows.
