Asset & Supplier Relationships

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the Head of Operational Support in the acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of Fire Service College assets.
• Ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of all assets.
• Managing supplier KPI’s and contracts
• Implementing asset management processes to optimise asset utilisation and reduce costs.
• Conducting regular asset audits and assessments
• Liaising with suppliers to organise deliveries
• Working closely with internal teams to understand their asset and supplier need

What we’re looking for:

• Background in supply chain management
• An understanding of procurement would be highly beneficial
• Eye for detail
• Excellent MS Excel spreadsheet management skills
• Strong communicator

This role requires attention to detail with excellent communication skills and a background in contract management.
