Your key responsibilities will include liaising with clients to understand their needs and expectations, coordinating with the surveying team to ensure project milestones are met, and managing budgets and timelines to deliver successful outcomes.

Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

  • To receive, record and monitor progress of project commissions.

  • To receive, file and manage project documentation

  • To effectively maintain a range of spreadsheets, ensuring they are kept up to date with the latest
    information.

  • Monitor project milestones and achievement of deadline

  • Liaise with contractors, making requests for information

  • Act as a key point of contact for project stakeholders

  • Attend weekly meetings with the CDM Advisor to highlight key dates and actions required

  • Support the efficient operation and delivery of all services

  • Support the production and distribution of Building Manuals/Operation & Maintenance Manuals

  • Support with the collation of evidence to support accreditations

  • Provide administrative support to the wider Design Team when required

What we’re looking for:

  • Proficient in using MS 365 applications

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team with enthusiasm, commitment, and a positive approach

  • Ability to use a variety of business software and self-develop skills and knowledge which assist the business

  • Work to deadlines and targets where defined
