As an Administrator, you will support with the administrative duties around medical screening for candidates who are in the process of joining the Army.

You will join a large existing team and play a vital part in supporting with the administration and smooth-running of the process of recruiting appropriate talent to join the Army.

Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Liaising with applicants, Army Careers Offices and Medical Experts - answering queries and assisting candidates through the medical aspects of their application
  • Organising and storing paperwork, documents, and computer-based information
  • Interacting with third party providers where appropriate, such as candidate, GPs, as part of medical process fulfilment
  • Co-ordination of medical screening
  • Reviewing letters, postal administration and scanning
  • Answering the phone and responding to queries

What we’re looking for:

  • Highly IT Literate to include Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Experience working within an office-based environment
  • Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for Customer Service with the ability to go above and beyond and take ownership of any issues.
  • The ability to work well under pressure
