Following the Russian state’s invasion of Ukraine, which Capita deplores and condemns, the Ukrainian people continue to experience unimaginable horrors.
Our thoughts are with them and we are providing support to all our colleagues who have direct connections with the region.
To help the humanitarian relief effort in Ukraine, Capita has made a substantial donation to the Red Cross appeal for the country.
We are also evaluating our business interactions with Russia and Belarus to ensure we are fully compliant with all sanctions imposed and, while we have minimal interactions with these countries, we intend to cease any business activities and supply chain dependencies, because it is the right thing to do.
Capita is deeply saddened by what is unfolding; the united response from around the world in rejecting the Russian government’s aggression is the one beacon of light that we can hold on to.
