Capita today announces it has signed a new five-year contract with Virgin Money to deliver OmigaDigital, Capita’s cutting-edge mortgage origination software. This contract strengthens and extends on the existing relationship and will enhance and improve the mortgage experience for customers and brokers.
The new contract will deliver a digitally enabled, simplified omnichannel experience with integrated broker and customer portals. The innovative platform allows parties to keep updated on the progress of an application at any time, navigates returning customer journeys, handles complex contract variations and accelerates speed to offer in this competitive landscape.
OmigaDigital is a mortgage origination, sales and processing system that allows providers to manage the end-to-end mortgage process, from initial customer contact through to the boarding of applications onto the mortgage servicing platform.
Capita has committed to funding £3m of additional investment in the platform to drive ongoing innovation and deliver exceptional customer outcomes, both for the benefit of Virgin Money but also of other clients and their customers.
