Capita has gone ‘multi cloud’ by entering into a partnership with HeleCloud, an Amazon Web Services (AWS) specialist, adding AWS managed services to its Microsoft Azure cloud services portfolio.
In addition to AWS and Microsoft Azure multi-cloud managed services, Capita also offers private cloud and manages ‘on-premise’ systems for its new and existing clients.
Capita’s cloud and hybrid IT services are designed to ensure continuous operation of business-critical applications and systems. Partnering with HeleCloud, a leading AWS consulting and managed services partner for UK and EMEA, enables Capita to deliver AWS as part of a wider multi-cloud and hybrid environment.
The partnership will help clients through their ‘AWS journey’ from migration to using innovative ways to optimise operations once they are in the environment. It will enable management and optimisation of AWS environments to support clients in their business objectives and digital strategy requirements.
AWS services will include infrastructure support, security and compliance, performance management, business continuity and disaster recovery, cost management, and optimisation.
