Today, Capita has appointed Briony Saull as the new Managing Director (MD) of its Resourcing business, within the People Solutions division.
Briony, who starts the role on 1 October, takes over from Dave Hannah, who has been acting as interim leader while maintaining his role as Director of Transformation and Change for Resourcing.
Briony joined Capita in 2012 and over the last eight years has worked across the organisation in sales, operational and commercial roles. For the last two years, she has held the role of Divisional Commercial Director where she was involved in the cross government and industry initiative to create the Outsourcing Playbook for public procurement. Briony started her career working in a call centre, where she had the opportunity to work in several sectors in both the UK and abroad, including PFIs, criminal justice, utilities and health.
