As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be supporting our new prestige brand Lotus Cars on European market, providing a fantastic customer experience on all interactions, leaving a lasting impression. You will be supported with extensive initial training, so that we can help you build the knowledge and skills required to work from with confidence. As part of the onboarding and training process you will have the opportunity to travel to the Netherlands to take part in an onsite training.
