Becoming a Customer Care Advisor with Italian at Capita:
As a Customer Care Advisor with Italian, you will be supporting our prestige brand Lotus Cars on European market, providing a fantastic customer experience on all interactions, leaving a lasting impression. You will be supported with extensive initial training, so that we can help you build the knowledge and skills required to work from with confidence.
What you will be doing:
Providing each customer with relevant and insightful advice at any touchpoint within the customer journey (calls, emails, and chat).
Creating a premium and caring relationship with prospects and customers, ensuring long-term relationships
Encouraging customers to engage with products and services.
Working with different contact points (technical line, dealers) and demonstrating a good sense of organization.
Driving a customer-centric approach and delivering a unique customer experience from orientation through handover and repurchase (end-to-end process).
Documenting customer updates and interactions through their journey using CRM platform.
Collaborating with your team and stakeholders to continuously improve internal processes, deliverables, and experiences.
Skills you need to succeed:
C2 proficiency in Italian, C1 proficiency in English.
Proactive and empathetic approach, able to support premium clients.
The ability to demonstrate a good standard of literacy and numeracy.
Experience in handling calls and communicating effectively via email and chat.
Team player and goal – oriented, automotive enthusiast
Strong prioritizing and planning skills.
Availability to work full time; from Monday to Friday (within the timeframe of 8:30 am – 5:30 pm).
Will be an asset:
Previous experience in working with CRM (customer relationship management) tools, preferably Salesforce.
