We are recruiting for an exciting hybrid sales and marketing role in a high performing function of Capita that provides procurement and supply chain solutions to clients across all markets. This unique position requires the individual to lead on marketing activity to improve brand recognition and drive new sales leads, as well as support the sales team on important bids and proposals to help drive revenue. We are looking for an ambitious, highly collaborative and proactive individual with good experience in sales or marketing who will make a big impact on a developing sales and marketing function. The successful candidate should have an excellent attitude towards developing their capability through the freedom of on-the-job experience and learning opportunities, and a self-starter attitude that enables them to work autonomously and within a tight knit growth team. This is a home based role - with a requirement to travel to London a minimum of once a fortnight for team meetings. There may be a requirement for additional travel on an infrequent basis where projects require it. Travel expenses will be paid for by Capita.
