Recruiting tomorrow’s Army today. Since 2012, Capita have been working in partnership with the British Army to deliver best in class recruitment services. The Recruiting Partnership Project (RPP) is responsible for attracting, sourcing and selecting officers and soldiers for the Army (Regular and Reserve), meeting targets based around volume, shape & diversity and in delivering an excellent candidate experience Your role as an Interviewer/Assessor is to guide and nurture candidates applying to the British Army through the assessment process in an unbiased, friendly and controlled environment. You will be responsible for the implementation of both physical and psychometric assessment activities under strict test conditions. The application of a detailed marking guide to ensure candidates are graded in accordance with their ability. This role will involve working 8am - 4 30 Monday to Friday with the requirement to work a minimum of 1 weekend a month where you will get time off in lieu. There will also be a requirement to carry out overnight chaperoning and ‘on call’ duties once per week.
