Capita is looking for a Senior PMO Analyst to work within our Regulated Services division, to provide specialist hands-on support for our programme and project managers.

In this role you’ll play a proactive role in knowledge management to promote programme and project management methods and standards, and the implementation of best programme and project management practice.

As a senior role in the team, we are looking for an individual who has a strong demonstrable track record in a PMO role, with excellent stakeholder management skills, resource management, and business process improvement. Ideally this will be in the financial services sector. The role will allow you to take complete ownership of services and processes, so we require an individual who is very much a ‘self-starter’.

This role will predominantly be home-based, however there will be a need to travel to our Cheltenham offices on a monthly basis, so ideally you will be based in the SW region, though we would consider applications from other areas of the UK if you are willing to travel.

Capita is an equal opportunity and disability confident employer.
