We are seeking a Security Engineer with expertise in CCTV system installation and commissioning.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of CCTV technologies and the ability to develop and execute commissioning plans.

Responsibilities include structured cabling installation and network infrastructure setup. The role requires customer service excellence, clear communication, and adherence to Electranet's high standards of workmanship and safety.

Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

  • Perform installations, testing, and maintenance of CCTV & security systems.

  • Ensure installations meet high standards and manufacturer’s specifications.

  • Provide “Smart Hands” when working under the instruction of a Senior Engineer

  • Uphold production quality, workmanship, and housekeeping standards.

  • Implement & adhere to safety, health, and environmental (SH&E) policies.

  • Keep company-provided tools and equipment in excellent condition for safe operations.

  • Follow client-specific protocols on-site

What we’re looking for:

  • Capability to upgrade server-based platforms, NVRs, and Windows OS.

  • Experience in commissioning CCTV systems and be open to pursuing CITMA accreditation.

  • Knowledgeable about IP infrastructure and protocols.

  • Ability to read diagrams and schematics

  • Ability to install, terminate test and maintain all types of security systems, including CCTV, CEM and Paxton products (Formal training with a Manufacturer preferred)

  • Milestone Technician level one holder

  • Pc Literate to update , install and network changes

  • Valid Driver's license

  • Minimum of three years’ experience of working within a similar role
