As part of the Root Cause Analysis team, you will need to develop improvement recommendations to deliver efficiency, effectiveness, improved quality, and better outcomes for our client and Capita.

Job Description

The role of the training analyst will be to complete Training Needs Analysis across the operational teams to determine all the training staff need to improve employee job performance, including progress and growth.

As part of the TNA, you will need to develop improvement recommendations to deliver efficiency, effectiveness, improved quality, and better outcomes for our client and Capita. You will be responsible for communicating changes and support business improvements, working closely with the operational management team and Subject Matter Experts and translate issues into workable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Shape strategic approach to learning & coaching, Lead quality improvement using data available.

  • Defines analysis approach to investigate operational needs, problems, and opportunities.

  • Feedback to stakeholder and the operational reportees on improvement plans and implementations.

  • Work with the head of operations to produce and present visual data and MI to demonstrate effectiveness of the operation.

  • Work proactively with a range of stakeholders to champion and celebrate best practices in supporting the operational effectiveness.

  • Provide proactive valuable insight to support the continuous improvement of the Operational Teams.

  • Make effective use of the available systems to enable facilitation of service improvement.

  • Defines process improvement solutions for business priorities for changes as part of a wider team and / or project.

  • Works closely with management, business users, to develop and enhance business processes, drive improvement, and ensure delivery of key business and systems projects.

  • Uses a range of techniques to investigate, analyse, document, and manage requirements and improvements.

  • Uses stakeholder analysis techniques to manage stakeholders.

  • Supports discovery workshops.

  • Manage initiatives.

About You

  • Significant experience leading the strategic approach of learning facilitation and coaching Proven track record of effective engagement with stakeholders.

  • Experience of leading projects and using initiatives to drive change.

  • Proactive in the development of new approaches to improve the learner experience.

  • Strong advocacy and influencing skills to increase the development and engagement within teams of cutting-edge learning approaches.

  • Previous quality assurance and continuous improvement experience within a learning delivery environment
