The purpose of this role is to manage Capita business Resilience Programmes and the implementation and delivery of policy and standards – this includes supporting and maintaining standards, tooling, resilience SharePoint and delivery of a programme of work covering remediation activity / continuous improvement.
Job Description
Support the Group Resilience Director in delivering the policy, standards and tooling across all Capita
Build and maintain strong relationships with key Division stakeholders and support 1LOD Heads of Resilience in the implementation
Delivery the Group Business Resilience (GBR) Programme of Work (PoW) which includes continuous improvement activity, remediation and pan-Capita resilience initiatives e.g. Awareness
Manage the implementation and management of suppliers.
Provide reporting to Divisional Risk Committees and/or Executive Risk and Ethics Committees and Heads of Resilience
Provide support and advice to Divisional SMEs and Business Units as required – primarily on C2 and Standards / ISO 22301
Identifying and escalating risks and issues via the approved framework.
Manage and continually develop the standards, tooling and programme of work – alignment to best practice and industry standards
Liaising and coordination with a wide range of stakeholders across Capita e.g. supplier teams, technology, property etc
