We are looking for individuals keen on working in the Sports and Leisure industry, to join our team at a large Sports Centre in the heart of the Cotswolds.

You will be employed on a zero hour contract, with flexible days/hours, to be agreed in advance with the Sports Centre Manager.

Job Description

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Supporting the centre management team in the smooth running of the sports centre
  • Lifeguarding duties
  • Covering reception as an when required
  • Supporting with cleaning
  • Carrying out first aid when necessary
  • Working within a small team

 

What we're looking for:

  • Be in possession or in the process of gaining an RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification

  • Competent Swimmer

  • Great customer service experience - both face to face and over the telephone

  • Strong team player that can work on their own initiative

  • Flexible to work shifts, including weekdays and weekends

  • Ability to obtain a DBS check
