HR Manager will be responsible for providing commercially focused and consistent advice, partner with senior business stakeholders and deliver people strategy. They will manage the relationship between HR and the business to ensure HR strategy and activity reflects the needs of the business, and to support implementation of the people strategy in their business area.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Must have Experience with polish local legislation.
- Implements human resources Business Partnering strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including entire lifecycle management of the employee – Onboarding, Confirmations, Terminations, Attrition management, Grievance Management, Training and Development, Records management, Organization culture, Employee relations, Compliance and Labour relations.
- Supports Management Team by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions.
- Oversee the smooth run of the payroll cycle.
- Suggests optimization of the HR processes from efficiency and cost perspective.
- Directly communicates with all vendors, supporting the company in terms of employee experience and lifecycle.
- Support compliance – Internal and External – Internal Audits, External Audits (whole gamut of ISO certifications).
- Employee engagement & Wellbeing.
- Prioritize and organize HRBP workload to maximize efficiency and ensure accountable delivery within time frames.
- Challenge and influence HR Business Partners.
- Develop and execute the people strategy in the assigned pillar.
- Deliver on HR Business Partnering.
- Promote Capita's Corporate values and behaviors and increase diversity of thought
- Provide a focus resource plans, learning and skill development, D&I, succession and engagement.
- Guide others in resolving complex issues in specialized area and serves as best practice / quality resource
- Support on disposals transactions HR SMEs and work on complex issues / TU management
- Support on coordination and reporting duties for the pillar where required

Your personal information will be transferred to processor outside the European Economic Area (EEA), located in United Kingdom as a part of a recruitment process and Hiring Managers located in different locations in the UK, Ireland and India. After a successful recruitment process, your data will be shared with a medical facility with which the Administrator has a contract to conduct preliminary examinations, with the facility being a separate Data Controller. Your personal data will be stored from the day of sending your CV:
for a period of 6 months for the processing of your personal data in the current recruitment process for which you applied,
for a period of 12 months if you give your consent for the processing of your personal data for the purpose of future recruitment processes.
You have the right to request access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing or the right to data portability.
The right to withdraw consent at any time is not affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
At any time you have the right to object to the processing of your data. In such a situation, the Controller will cease to process your data for the aforementioned purposes, unless the Controller can demonstrate that with respect to your data there are valid legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or your data will be necessary for us to possibly establish, assert or defend claims.
