We are dedicated to providing exceptional Royal Navy career training. The Foundation Degrees in partnership with the University of Lincoln take place at HMS Sultan and HMS Collingwood. Our tailored modules cater to Marine Engineering, Electrical and Communication streams, ensuring relevance and precision. Each module is thoughtfully mapped to University of Lincoln units, contributing towards a recognised Foundation Degree.
As the Higher Education Accreditation Manager you will ensure the quality of the learner experience and delivery of quality and outcome targets. This role works collaboratively across the Team Fisher contract focused on ensuring excellent relationships, support, administration and services are provided within the management and oversight of higher education courses and university partnerships.

Job Description
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing leadership and management for overseeing and coordinating learner outcomes within higher education courses in Weapons and Marine Engineering
- Ensuring outstanding relationships with the Learners, Royal Navy and University partners.
- Co-ordinating, liaising and enhancing relationships with Higher Education Institutions
- Using data, information and insight on the performance of individual Learners to drive continuous improvement and learning across Royal Navy training
- Establishing and implementing consistent and harmonised systems, processes and approaches to Learner outcomes across Training Unit
- Ensuring KPI’s met or exceeded relating to the delivery and assessment of learning across RN training.
- Working closely with stakeholders to ensure that Learner outcomes are met
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience of delivering learning programmes within Higher Education
- The ability to drive quality and delivery improvements across learning programmes
- Competent in using a variety of IT skills
- Experience with accredited and regulated programmes such as apprenticeships, degrees or RQF qualifications
- Team player with experience to ensure successful learner outcomes and experience through collaborative working relationships
- Experience of working with senior level stakeholders and effective partnerships
- Must be able to be cleared to UK SC level
About Selborne
Selborne is a wide scale, 12 year transformation of Royal Navy Training. The contract worth GBP 1 billion was awarded in December 2020 to a consortium led by Capita to deliver and modernise training for the RN. The consortia of partners known as Team Fisher includes Raytheon UK, Fujitsu and University of Lincoln together with 14 other UK-based suppliers.
