We are currently recruiting for an Electranet Sales Specialist to join our team!

The specialist will own the opportunity from the point of qualification, develop the opportunity in line with the Electranet Portfolio capability and drive the deal through to its natural conclusion. They will coordinate the necessary sales, bid and presales capability together to create a compelling proposition for the customer, and bring the opportunity through the necessary governance processes appropriate for the value.

Job Description

What you'll be doing:

  • own and manage the Electranet sales opportunities for our customers - maintained in an up to date ‘live’ opportunity pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce.
  • accurately maintain information relating to all open opportunities in Salesforce where you are the opportunity owner.
  • deliver against targets and goals as set-out in your objectives and target letter whilst adhering to the Capita values.
  • own the “Win Price” and solution strategy whilst been aware of, and understand, the overall P&L.
  • develop and maintain an up-to-date knowledge on all of the Electranet Portfolio and have an awareness of the wider Capita portfolio.
  • support the Electranet Sales Director in developing the Portfolio strategy and virtual team to drive improvements and innovation that are aligned to the strategy of the business.
  • maintain strong governance processes adhering to Group, Divisional and contractual compliance requirements, and policies.

What we're looking for:

  • track record of selling and ideally knowledge of the structured cabling market.
  • highly motivated and committed to delivering an excellent customer relationship.
  • demonstrable track record of successfully achieving targets.
  • ability to communicate effectively and compellingly at all levels of an organisation as well as a proactive and collaborative approach to working with colleagues, clients, partners & vendors.
  • personal integrity that builds trust and confidence in clients and colleagues.
  • able to manage competing priorities for own and team’s work activities to deliver against agreed priorities and deadlines, escalating if required.

Please note this role will require National Security Vetting.
