Capita is proud to announce it has partnered with Leadership Learning South East (LLSE) to offer schools and teachers National Professional Qualifications (NPQ).
Currently, 33% of teachers leave the profession within five years of joining it. Together, the Early Career Framework and National Professional Qualifications mark the largest investment in continuous professional development (CPD) for teachers in a generation.
The NPQs provide training and support for teachers and school leaders at all stages of their careers. Qualifications are available for those who want to develop expertise in high quality practice, such as behaviour management, to headteachers or chief executives leading multiple schools across trusts.
The reformed NPQs complete the golden thread, running from initial teacher training through to school leadership, rooting teacher and school leader development in the best available evidence and collective wisdom of the profession.
Capita and LLSE have partnered to build capability and capacity of high-quality professional development to teachers and school leaders across our network. Our partnership is built on shared values and a relentless commitment to deliver evidence-based training, tailored to the unique needs and settings of each school.
Capita is delighted to be working with a high calibre network of delivery partners to deliver improved teacher retention rates through the NPQ and ECF. This holistic CPD offering will enable teachers to flourish in their chosen careers and create better educational outcomes for the pupils they teach.
The new NPQ programmes will be available from November 2021 – register your interest here: https://www.llse.org.uk/npq
