As Capita continues to drive results across its growth platforms in line with its transformation strategy and plan, Capita Resourcing – a strategic resourcing business in its People Solutions division – is pleased to announce the appointment of Geoff Smith as executive director.
As part of this role, Geoff will lead Capita Resourcing and build initiatives to provide clients with a greater range of quality, innovative resourcing solutions to help them overcome the complex challenges they face.
Geoff’s appointment as executive director further strengthens the leadership team across Capita’s People Solution division, which is focused on delivering hire-to-retire services for a large number of public and private sector clients.
Geoff joins Capita from ManpowerGroup, where he was managing director of Experis, one of the largest resourcing and IT services businesses in Europe. As well as being responsible for the Experis brand across Europe, Geoff managed the UK & Ireland business comprising more than 500 staff and specialised in the technology and digital workforce market. He also managed the Experis brand rollout and managed the business through a series of acquisitions and growth periods.
