Capita Resourcing has become the first recruitment business to be accredited for its collaborative business relationships by the International Organisation for Standardisation.

The ISO 44001 accreditation the first international standard of its type, recognises best practice in collaborative business relationships, within both the public and private sectors.

The standard identifies the importance of collaborative relationships in managing different goals, objectives, expectations, cultures and behaviours between two organisations.

To obtain the accreditation, Capita Resourcing successfully demonstrated how they use the eight-stage model of collaborative relationships when working with others. This model and way of working is now embedded within our systems, ensuring collaborative working is an integral part of operational processes and business development.

In receiving this accreditation, Capita Resourcing joins other major organisations including, Network Rail, NATS, Babcock, Skanska and Kier.

Capita Resourcing was presented with the award virtually by officials from the Institute for Collaborative Working, including the Chairman, Lord Evans of Watford, and the Chief Executive, Claire Ward.
