You will be the day-to-day face of the L&D Team, focussing primarily on supporting our operational teams within our Army Careers Centres and Assessment Centre and will cover our northern regions (NE/ NW England & Yorkshire Counties, Scotland, Northern Ireland). As a Customer Advisor your role will involve receiving inbound calls from candidates who are looking to join the British Army and responding to any enquiries regarding their application processes. This is a full-time role working 37.50 hours per week. Hours of work follow a rota between 8.15am-7.00pm Monday to Friday and a rotated Saturday (approximately 1 in every 8).
