Capita’s software services business has appointed three new members to its Advantage software senior management team.
Andrew Blanchard joins as sales director to aid business growth across the Advantage business, Andy Jones has been appointed as sales manager to grow the housing business, and Peter Banahan joins as Advantage’s new business manager. They will support the strategic direction of the company as it seeks to build on its existing experience providing innovative software solutions for clients across both the public and private sectors.
Andrew Blanchard brings with him extensive experience in managing specialist sales, with a focus on the public sector. Andy Jones has 17 years’ experience in sales and business development, primarily selling software, hardware and complex solutions into the public sector. Peter Banahan has broad experience in the managed service and ICT industry, with an emphasis on local and central government. The new appointments come to Capita from Northgate and will work closely with the existing management team to support the expansion of the business.
