Capita has a new opportunity to join our Digital Operations Team as a Web Experimentation Lead.
The Web Experimentation Lead will be responsible for web experimentation and optimisation on the TV Licensing website, aiming to enhance user experience, promote self-service and boost conversion rates through strategic, data-informed experimentation.
This role requires close collaboration with both internal stakeholders and key BBC stakeholders to build, design, test, execute, and analyse test performance, with a strong emphasis on developing experiments by working with Product Owners to leverage data through various analytics platforms. You will need to be pro-active and have an eye for detail to be successful in this role.
This is a full-time permanent role, offering hybrid working arrangements (office working assigned to our Darwen, Lancashire office).
