Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster This exciting role has been designed to reflect and support key aspects of our new ways of working as part of the modernisation programme. The role offers expert advice to promote active, evidence-based learning. It supports the design of inclusive, flexible, and tech-enhanced training for all learners, including those with Specific Learning Differences and Neurodiverse needs. Based at BRNC Dartmouth the role also covers several naval sites along the South Coast of England so travel with overnight stays will be required (on average twice a month). This is a hybrid role 50% Office, 50% Home. There may also be the opportunity for the role to be based out of Plymouth (HMS Drake) This role is Fixed Term until March 2027. Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.
