Software engineers apply software engineering principles to analyze user requirements. Based on the insights gained, design, develop, test, debug and deploy software. They are also responsible for monitoring, maintaining and improving existing software. As a software developer, with very limited assistance they can work in analytical, disciplined and systematic approach and they can take up ownership on small pieces of work.

Job Description
Writing codes and debugging Performing Unit tests, documenting changes and refactoring less complexed programs/scripts. Applying agreed standards and tools to achieve a well-engineered result. Identifying issues related to software development activities. Producing software builds from software source code. Conducting tests as defined in an integration test specification and records the details of any failures. Analyzing and reporting on integration test activities and results. Identifying and reports reporting and risks. Gaining knowledge and experience through on job training With limited assistance they can work in analytical, disciplined and systematic approach
