Legal Counsel – Capita Public Services
Homebased expensed travel to London, Gresham Street 2x month

It’s an exciting time for Capita and we’ve got a great opportunity for a qualified UK lawyer or equivalent jurisdiction to join our Legal team in our Capita Public Services Division (CPS) as a Legal Counsel.
We’re looking for a strong commercial contracts lawyer, with a broad range of corporate legal experience, preferably in an in-house role. PQE 2- 5 years.
• You’ll be advising on standard public sector outsourcing agreements and playbooks including the model services contracts, crown commercial services agreements and the cabinet office playbooks and public procurement notes.
• Ideally public sector experience is preferred, but if you don’t have this that’s not a problem, we can teach you - what’s important to us is a can-do attitude, candidates who are willing to roll up their sleeves, become a trusted business partner and interested in joining a team where you get exposure to a diverse range of contracts.
• You will be a trusted legal business partner who builds good relationships with key stakeholders and works independently but as part of a team. You will have excellent communication and drafting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
