Capita have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Surveyor role!
This role will be part of an established Property team, delivering services a number of public sector clients nationally, and take a positive approach to the delivery of our client’s objectives, regeneration objectives and key strategic projects and assist with the delivery of Capita’s income targets.
You will be responsible for delivering a range of property services, including regeneration projects, CPO, valuations, development and viability appraisals, lettings and marketing, landlord and tenant, acquisitions, disposals, and property management.
This is a hybrid role based in North Tyneside.
We are open to flexible working and part time options for this position.
