The Campaign

You’ll be part of one of the biggest cellular networks in the UK, dealing with sim swaps, network queries, and billing queries. The campaign operates in UK time, so be prepared to work shifts in South African times.

Job Description

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be the voice of our brand, communicating with customers, identifying their needs, and delivering a top-notch experience. You’ll be the superhero they need, retaining customers, logging complaints, and offering new products and services that make their lives better.

Your Superpowers

  • Academic: Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Experience: 12 – 24 months in a Sales Call Center environment
  • Skills: Active listening, problem-solving, adaptability, and a customer-centric approach
  • Communication: High proficiency in written and verbal English
  • Tech-Savvy: Moderate to advanced computer skills and system navigation

Your Allies

You’ll be working closely with our operations/functional line and our external customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent service and solutions that meet individual customer needs.
  • Identify vulnerable customers and provide additional support.
  • Handle escalated customer queries with empathy and integrity.
  • Use your product knowledge to proactively solve problems.
  • Work to tight deadlines to meet service delivery targets.
  • Adhere to data protection and confidentiality laws as well as regulatory compliance.
