• The role is responsible for processing a high volume of supplier card payments/invoices on behalf of our customers.
• Reconciliation of company credit card.
• Responsible for checking and processing supplier invoices, ensuring they are VAT compliant, adhering to each customers policy.
Job Description
Your responsibly will include a selection of items contained in the following list below.
- Invoice Checking
- Invoice processing
- Preparing and validating payment data
- Allocate adjustments
- Hotel statement reconciliation
- Obtaining supplier band details as necessary
- Daily processing reconciliation
- Invoice query logging and resolution
- Updating credit card reconciliation
- Allocating credit card transactions
- Any ad-hoc tasks allocated by management
