Royal Navy Leadership Academy Instructor

What you will be doing:

• Delivering specialist Divisional and Management training to Officers, approximately. 37 courses per year.
• Providing training support and feedback as and when required.
• Marking homework.
• Supporting meeting the contractual training schedule and programme.
• Liaising with external authorities and responding to any divisional questions, queries or issues.
• Ensuring compliance with MoD regulations and procedures.

What we are looking for:

• Experienced Trainer/Instructor/Teacher
• Previous experience within the Royal Navy would be highly beneficial
• Instructional/Training qualification, eg Level 3/4 or equivalent (desirable)
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and others within and outside the organisation
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• The ability to gain UK SC clearance

Project Selborne is a £1 billion, 12-year contract which commenced operations on 1 April 2021.  It is a strategic partnership between Team Fisher (a consortium of partners, led by Capita) and the Royal Navy, to transform 80% of shore-based training for sailors, submariners and marines.
